Senior Manager, Product Manager, Move & Manage Decisioning

Capital One offers an on site Senior Manager, Product Manager role focused on Move and Manage Decisioning in New York, NY. The position provides a compensation range of USD 200,700 to 249,900 per year and is a full-time opportunity. You will lead cross functional efforts to protect customers from account takeover and scams by designing risk based decisioning across customer journeys and guiding actions after automated decisions, enabling profitable customer acquisition through both digital and human-assisted interactions.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a team steering the bank’s omni-channel acquisitions strategy, responsible for setting and delivering the decisioning and treatment framework that drives profitable customer growth through digital and digital-human interactions
• Work closely with customers, frontline associates, designers, technologists, analysts, marketers and data scientists to build cutting edge solutions
• Drive meaningful change by asking bold questions, starting small, testing and learning to achieve significantly better outcomes
• Communicate effectively to shift how colleagues think about building products and solving problems, illustrating how software can improve outcomes
• Foster a self supporting community by creating useful tools, integrating suitable off the shelf products, and collaborating across teams
• Focus on the right problem and avoid pursuing the wrong one to maintain strategic alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or related) or a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
• Bachelor's degree in any field with 4 years of Product Management experience
