Location and Compensation
Location: San Francisco, CA (onsite).
Compensation: USD 148,000 to 216,000 per year, plus a 15% target bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities
- Assess the daily and strategic needs of communications managers, prioritizing feature development to form a roadmap of high-impact AI tools and products.
- Serve as the primary connector between non-technical communications stakeholders and core engineering teams, translating business requirements into clear technical specifications, user journeys, and functional logic.
- Build and rapidly prototype custom AI powered solutions and agents using Gemini Enterprise and anti-gravity to validate use cases before handing them off to engineers for scaling.
- Oversee the lifecycle of AI features within internal tools, from requirements gathering and initial prototyping through deployment, user acceptance testing, and training.
- Act as a subject matter expert on leveraging Gemini Enterprise and anti-gravity to optimize communications workflows and drive platform adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Six years of experience in a technical program management, product operations, or a similar cross-functional role bridging business users and engineering teams.
- Experience building functional prototypes, workflows, or AI agents using low-code/no-code platforms, API integrations, or application development tools.
