GTM Analytics Product Owner
Job Description
Workday is seeking a GTM Analytics Product Owner to lead the design and delivery of the ED&A data platform and AI-enabled experiences. This senior role shapes data product standards at scale, guiding Workday through the most complex enterprise transitions while turning trusted data into actionable business insights for GTM functions.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the portfolio strategy, mapping the delivery roadmap for enterprise data capabilities in line with Workday's AI-forward vision.
- Drive large-scale enterprise changes by managing dependencies and steering the most complex technical transitions across the Workday ecosystem.
- Standardize product management methodologies to foster accountability, technical excellence, and consistent delivery.
- Architect engagement strategies for senior leaders to secure long-term sponsorship of data initiatives.
- Advance agentic AI by outlining the blueprint for integrating AI tools such as Gemini and Sana into enterprise product management.
Requirements
- 12+ years of technical product management experience in Enterprise Data & Analytics supporting Go-to-Market functions.
- Proven track record overseeing a portfolio of interrelated data or platform products at an enterprise scale.
- Strong track record influencing VP and SVP level stakeholders to drive organizational pivots.
- Domain knowledge in Sales, Marketing, and GTM processes for enterprise software companies.
- Strategic insight into the Snowflake, dbt, Atlan, and Sigma stack and its role in scaling AI innovation.
- Leadership presence capable of navigating high-pressure political and technical environments to achieve alignment.
- AI catalyst with a vision for how AI can amplify the ED&A function and lead by example in AI adoption.
- Willingness to be 50% based in Atlanta or report there.

About the Role
As a GTM Analytics Product Manager, you will own the strategic delivery of a mission-critical product portfolio within ED&A. You are accountable for the long-term success of Workday’s data platform and the delivery of AI-enabled experiences. You define the standards for Data Product and Active Data Governance methodologies applied at scale across the organization. Key duties include shaping the data platform roadmap, guiding cross-functional execution, and ensuring that data governance practices support scalable, reliable data.
Pay Transparency
The annual base pay for this role varies by location. Primary Location: Pleasanton, CA, USA with a defined base pay range, and additional US locations may have a different range. Base pay ranges may be complemented by a Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, along with annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters will share more detail during the hiring process, and offers consider geography and other factors.
