IT Product Owner Analyst, Purchasing & Supply Chain Systems

In this role at Stellantis in Auburn Hills, MI (onsite), you will help keep enterprise purchasing and supply chain applications running reliably. The IT Product Owner Analyst for Purchasing & Supply Chain Systems acts as a key bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, software vendors, and external service providers, helping ensure solutions stay secure, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives.

What you’ll do

• Lead support and maintenance for Purchasing and Procurement applications.
• Ensure application availability, performance, and alignment with service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Manage incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Coordinate application upgrades, patches, testing, and releases.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to realize value for the organization.
• Partner with stakeholders across Purchasing, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to understand business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technology solutions and support strategies.
• Facilitate prioritization of enhancement requests and project initiatives.
• Support strategic Purchasing technology initiatives and digital transformation programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver application enhancements and system integrations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate IT governance, cybersecurity, and procurement policies.
