Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand goals, identify opportunities for innovation, and translate strategic initiatives into product priorities
• Act as the Product Owner within an Agile Scrum framework, participating in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups
• Collaborate with leads to sustain delivery momentum, surface blockers early, and manage dependencies across teams
• Build, refine, and prioritize the product backlog so the team always has well-defined, sprint-ready work delivering measurable business value
• Make and defend prioritization decisions, balancing stakeholder input, technical constraints, business value, and team capacity
• Continuously evaluate product performance and user feedback to refine the roadmap and adapt to changing business needs
• Serve as the primary link between the development team and business stakeholders to maintain alignment throughout the product lifecycle
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Computer Science, or related)
• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar tools
• Practical AI experience
