Job Description

Based in Conshohocken, PA, this on-site role at Suvoda centers on turning product strategy into deliverable work. You will collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to define, prioritize, and evaluate backlogs for agile scrum teams, translating the product vision into actionable user stories and guiding adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to accurately capture and prioritize requirements to drive successful delivery and adoption.
  • Maintain a sprint-ready backlog, balancing new features, defects, and rapid enhancements, and align priorities with the Product Manager.
  • Make product decisions confidently and provide ongoing guidance to delivery teams.
  • Ensure development teams start with two refined backlog sprints that meet the team's Definition of Done.
  • Convert the product vision and discovered needs into actionable user stories.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for the team, clarifying features and stories, answering questions, and becoming the subject matter expert for the assigned functions.
  • Work closely with Technical, Testing, and Design teams to shape exceptional experiences and scalable solutions.
  • Use project tracking tools to keep project information current (examples include Jira and Aha!).
  • Deliver clear, comprehensive product documentation, including functional specifications.
  • When appropriate, collaborate with offshore BAs to elaborate epics into user stories.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in release planning and support end-user release management and training.
  • Stay up to date with Agile and Scrum best practices.
  • Perform other duties or special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in product management
  • Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle within an Agile framework
  • Experience in e-clinical contexts or as a Product Owner developing payment solutions
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time and resource management to meet deadlines
  • Creative thinker with a strategic vision
