Job Description

FUJIFILM's Holly Springs, North Carolina campus offers a Senior Reporting and Analytics Product Owner role focused on Workday. This hybrid position oversees the full HR reporting and analytics lifecycle, establishing governance and scalable dashboards across Workday and Tableau to inform HR, Finance, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain HR reporting standards and KPI frameworks across People & Culture, ensuring consistent metrics, calculations, and data lineage between Workday and Tableau.
  • Lead reporting data governance, implement role-based security, and manage access controls aligned with global privacy requirements such as GDPR and CCPA.
  • Develop, optimize, and sustain advanced Workday reports and dashboards (Matrix, Composite, BIRT), including calculated fields, schedules, prompts, and secure distribution.
  • Build and sustain a scalable self-service reporting ecosystem with a data dictionary, documentation, and development guidelines—co-owned with process partners.
  • Design and deliver Tableau dashboards for executives and business stakeholders; model HR datasets (including Tableau Prep) and apply best practices for usability and data storytelling.
  • Translate business questions into actionable analytics on trends, forecasts, segmentation, and workforce dynamics; monitor usage and adoption.
  • Oversee the intake and prioritization of reporting requests, establish SLAs, communicate timelines, and maintain a backlog aligned with quarterly planning.
  • Provide training and data literacy initiatives to empower HR analysts and business users to self-serve responsibly.
  • Coordinate the Employee Satisfaction survey program in collaboration with People & Culture leaders.
  • Partner with HRIS and IT to manage integrations and data pipelines between Workday and downstream systems; coordinate defect remediation, release testing, and incident response with robust runbooks.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Human Resources, IT, Process Optimization, or a related field; equivalent experience considered for highly qualified candidates.
  • Lean Six Sigma credentials.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR reporting and analytics experience, including data governance and stakeholder engagement.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience (Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Security Domains; BIRT and Prism preferred).
  • 2+ years building Tableau and Workday dashboards and data models (Tableau Desktop; Tableau Prep preferred).
  • 2+ years working with HR data integrations (Workday EIB/Studio/Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs); ETL tools such as Informatica or Boomi a plus.
  • Experience with privacy and compliance (GDPR, CCPA), data security, and controls.
  • Preferred certifications: Workday Pro Reporting; Tableau Desktop Specialist/Certified.
  • Solid understanding of HR data models and downstream system impacts.
  • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions with a global perspective.
  • Ability to collaborate across IT, HR, and country organizations.
  • In-depth insights into HR data platforms and tools.
