Compensation
Salary: USD 151,200 - 204,600 per year
Responsibilities
- Build and sustain collaborative relationships across multiple teams to understand available data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Lead monthly business reviews, collect critical metrics across the organization, and develop business cases for various opportunities.
- Interpret results, derive actionable recommendations, and communicate them clearly to executive stakeholders.
- Play a central role in broad business planning, partnering with senior executives to define targets and required resources, and shaping long-term product and business strategy.
- Apply creativity and sound judgment in decision making.
- Understand the business context behind decisions made within and across groups.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry and technology trends.
- Contribute to Amazon's growth by engaging directly with customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning or driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and evaluating tradeoffs for a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions about technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
