This onsite role sits within Amazon's Prime Video Experience Team in Seattle, WA. The compensation ranges from USD 151,200 to 204,600 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and financial security.
You will define and deliver the video playback roadmap and customer experience across platforms and geographies, partnering with engineering, design, project management, operations, and business units to bring products to market.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Prime Video customers, including both current users and prospective ones.
- Build and continually refine insight into digital video market segments, monitoring competitive dynamics and emerging industry trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and metrics that drive a best in class digital video experience.
- Own the creation of detailed product requirements documents.
- Partner with engineering, design, and project management to execute the product roadmap.
- Lead cross-team initiatives and launches with groups inside and outside Prime Video, including business development, content acquisition, legal, marketing, finance, customer service, and operations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and product strategy
- Experience delivering features and navigating tradeoffs within a product
- Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience advocating for diverse customers and stakeholders during executive prioritization and planning
