What you’ll do
As the Senior Global Product Manager for Wound Care, you will manage the global portfolio end to end, from long-term strategy to launch and ongoing market optimization. You will define the product and brand strategy, create roadmaps, set innovation priorities, and develop value propositions and differentiated product claims grounded in clinical needs, market trends, and business objectives.
You will use data and market intelligence to find growth opportunities and portfolio gaps by analyzing clinical practices, treatment pathways, customer needs, competitor activity, pricing, reimbursement, and emerging healthcare trends. You will then translate clinical, customer, commercial, regulatory, and regional requirements into product specifications and collaborate with manufacturers and external partners on product selection, development, customization, testing, and validation.
Launch planning will be a key part of the role. You will lead global launch efforts including product positioning, target markets, competitive differentiation, pricing input, market requirements, training plans, customer evaluations, and post-launch performance monitoring.
To maintain momentum after launch, you will monitor revenue, margin, market share, and other portfolio KPIs. Based on performance, you will identify actions for product improvement, cost reduction, extensions, repositioning, sourcing changes, and product phase-outs.

- Identify portfolio opportunities by analyzing clinical, customer, competitive, and market data
- Convert cross-functional requirements into product specifications and work with external partners on development and validation
- Lead global launch planning and post-launch performance monitoring
- Track portfolio KPIs and recommend improvements, cost reductions, and product lifecycle changes
You will partner closely with Regulatory Affairs and Quality to ensure products, claims, labeling, documentation, and international/regional medical device introductions meet applicable requirements. You will also serve as the strategic product expert, providing product training, clinical education, sales tools, customer presentations, and clear product documentation.
Collaboration is central to success in this position. You will work with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Product Management, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to execute portfolio and product strategies, using customer feedback and competitive analysis to strengthen the company’s position over time.
