Disney Experiences offers a Lead Product Manager role based in Anaheim, CA (onsite), supporting Disney Cruise Lineβs Onboard Guest Fulfillment Systems. This position focuses on shaping the strategic direction of technology and digital programs, driving delivery across daily rollout activities, and building product-centered ways of working for Cast and Crew-facing applications. Compensation includes a salary range of USD 148,300 to 208,700 per year, with additional potential for bonus and/or long-term incentive units.

What youβll do
Own the strategic direction for technology and digital programs supporting onboard guest fulfillment. You will lead product management representation throughout daily rollout activities while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure shared alignment on goals, priorities, and outcomes.
- Gather requirements across all aspects of projects, collaborating with impacted teams, including creative and technology, to reach agreement.
- Drive implementation of a business digital and technology roadmap by ensuring development teams clearly understand product goals and priority.
- Document features by translating product concepts into user stories, epics, and other appropriate product deliverables.
- Act as the primary representative for product management in daily activities related to product releases and enhancements.
- Support defect triage by partnering with technical, creative, and production teams to identify causes and support resolution.
- Communicate across multiple partner levels through various mediums across Digital and Technology and the broader Disney organization.
- Assist with creating and implementing a strategy to build a Product-Centric team for Cast and Crew-facing applications.
What you bring
- Minimum 7 years of product management experience in digital customer experience for a global or national brand(s), working across technology, design, project management, business, and user experience teams.
- Ability to use hard data to form assumptions and develop business cases.
- Experience presenting out on product performance and the success of programs.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to guide ideas into action and take personal initiative.
- Experience collaborating with partners and achieving results through others, with the ability to interact across leadership levels.
- Experience identifying technical, user, and business issues within an organization.
- Experience with Agile software development methodology.
Preferred qualifications
- Certified Scrum Product Owner.
- Experience with data, data science, analytics, and business intelligence.
- Masterβs degree in a related field.
Education
Bachelorβs degree in a related field.
Required education: Bachelorβs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Management, Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience.
