Job Description

Senior Digital Product Manager at Cintas in Mason, OH (onsite) accountable for the vision, strategy, and execution across a portfolio of digital products that enhance online experiences and connect with on-site services, while leading and mentoring a team of Product Managers.

Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle for multiple digital products, from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization.
Conduct market research, synthesize customer feedback, and use data to inform decisions and prioritize features.
Define and track product performance metrics, delivering insights to improve customer experiences and business outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to map and deepen understanding of both digital and on-site customer journeys.
Build, coach, and scale a team of Product Managers, guiding career growth and ensuring effective product ownership across the portfolio.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
7+ years in digital product management with a proven track record of leading multiple products or portfolios.
