Senior Digital Product Manager

Senior Digital Product Manager at Cintas in Mason, OH (onsite) accountable for the vision, strategy, and execution across a portfolio of digital products that enhance online experiences and connect with on-site services, while leading and mentoring a team of Product Managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle for multiple digital products, from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Conduct market research, synthesize customer feedback, and use data to inform decisions and prioritize features.
• Define and track product performance metrics, delivering insights to improve customer experiences and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map and deepen understanding of both digital and on-site customer journeys.
• Build, coach, and scale a team of Product Managers, guiding career growth and ensuring effective product ownership across the portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 7+ years in digital product management with a proven track record of leading multiple products or portfolios.
