Collaborate with engineering, design, quality assurance, analytics, and business stakeholders throughout delivery.
Clarify requirements, remove ambiguity, and make timely decisions during development cycles.
Ensure delivered features meet business intent, customer expectations, and quality standards.
Own the beta program, including tester recruitment, cohort selection, onboarding, and communication cadence.
Define beta entry and exit criteria, test scenarios, feedback channels, and lead triage of findings with engineering, design, and quality assurance.
