Job Description

Treebo LLC is seeking a Product Manager to own its next-generation GIS platform, guiding architecture decisions and vendor relationships while shaping long-term technology strategy in collaboration with leadership. This role offers hands-on product leadership from concept through development, launch, and iteration, with ground-floor impact and a hybrid work arrangement based in Spokane, Washington.

Responsibilities

Lead the full product lifecycle from concept and architecture through development, launch, and ongoing iteration
Lead and manage relationships with external software development vendors and contractors
Maintain the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs
Translate complex GIS, LiDAR, and spatial data requirements into clear technical specifications
Collaborate with leadership to establish long-term technology strategy and company direction
Identify technical risks early and drive solutions across engineering, design, and operations
Champion a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement

Requirements

Proven background in software architecture, design, and development
Hands-on programming experience (ability to read, evaluate, and engage with code)
GIS experience — either as a developer or power user of GIS platforms and tools
Valid U.S. driver's license
Authorization to work in the United States
Experience at a large technology company (Big Tech background) OR startup experience with demonstrated comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
