Product Manager

Treebo LLC is seeking a Product Manager to own its next-generation GIS platform, guiding architecture decisions and vendor relationships while shaping long-term technology strategy in collaboration with leadership. This role offers hands-on product leadership from concept through development, launch, and iteration, with ground-floor impact and a hybrid work arrangement based in Spokane, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full product lifecycle from concept and architecture through development, launch, and ongoing iteration
• Lead and manage relationships with external software development vendors and contractors
• Maintain the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs
• Translate complex GIS, LiDAR, and spatial data requirements into clear technical specifications
• Collaborate with leadership to establish long-term technology strategy and company direction
• Identify technical risks early and drive solutions across engineering, design, and operations
• Champion a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Proven background in software architecture, design, and development
• Hands-on programming experience (ability to read, evaluate, and engage with code)
• GIS experience — either as a developer or power user of GIS platforms and tools
• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Experience at a large technology company (Big Tech background) OR startup experience with demonstrated comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
