Job Description

Hobart Filler Metals, part of the ITW family, offers a product leadership role in Troy, Ohio. This onsite position focuses on owning the product line vision, roadmap, and lifecycle, collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams to drive growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Define product strategy and market positioning for the line
Manage the product lifecycle end to end
Coordinate cross-functional activities to align sales, engineering, and operations
Support the sales team and enhance customer engagement
Contribute to strategic planning and roadmapping
Travel up to 30 percent

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
3+ years of manufacturing product management or relevant experience with non software products
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Proven track record of successful product commercialization
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and project management tools

Compensation

Compensation for this role will be market competitive. Actual compensation is determined by factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, geographic location, and internal equity.
