Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and market positioning for the line
• Manage the product lifecycle end to end
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to align sales, engineering, and operations
• Support the sales team and enhance customer engagement
• Contribute to strategic planning and roadmapping
• Travel up to 30 percent

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
• 3+ years of manufacturing product management or relevant experience with non software products
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Proven track record of successful product commercialization
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and project management tools
