A senior product leader will drive end-to-end Wires payment initiation experience and platform modernization for JPMorgan Chase in Plano, onsite, with a salary range of USD 122,550 to 201,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers tangible value to customers
- Lead discovery efforts and market research to identify customer solutions and incorporate them into the product roadmap
- Own, maintain, and evolve a product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Create a framework to monitor key success metrics such as cost, features and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences and operational excellence
- Manage internal risk and compliance review processes to support launches and uphold a strong control environment
- Foster a culture of ownership and agility, pursuing controlled risks to achieve results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a related domain
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools
