Product Manager, Sourcing and Procurement - Senior Consultant - Products and Platforms

Build and scale products that modernize sourcing and procurement. In this onsite role in Miami, FL, you will lead the end-to-end development and ongoing management of sourcing and procurement platforms, combining digital transformation, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll work in an environment that values cross-functional collaboration across engineering, data analytics, and stakeholder teams, supported by Agile delivery and clear governance.

What you’ll do

• Own the full product development lifecycle for sourcing and procurement platforms, keeping execution aligned with strategic business goals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define product strategy, and prioritize features based on stakeholder needs.
• Manage product backlogs using Agile tooling such as Jira, VersionOne, or TFS, and run sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives using Scrum or SAFe.
• Drive requirements discovery through stakeholder engagement, analysis, wireframing using Balsamiq or UML, and system design documentation.
• Oversee technical product development across APIs, SaaS solutions, SQL databases, mobile applications, and IT infrastructure components.
• Coordinate with engineering teams on software development best practices including SDLC, Agile planning, version control with Git, and user acceptance testing.
• Use Looker and SQL queries to support product decisions, and develop test cases to support quality assurance.
• Track and manage delivery timelines with tools such as Microsoft Project (or similar) to ensure milestone completion.
• Facilitate communication across internal teams and B2B sales channels to support shared outcomes.
• Ensure solutions align with IT governance standards while enabling organizational growth through innovation.

What you bring

• Proven product management experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain domains; SaaS platform familiarity is highly desirable.
• Strong technical foundation, including proficiency with AWS cloud services, APIs integration, HTML, Java, and UML modeling.
• Hands-on Agile experience using Scrum and SAFe, plus familiarity with Jira, VersionOne, and TFS.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery for complex products involving SQL databases, IT infrastructure, mobile applications, and IoT.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements using analysis and wireframing techniques.
• Knowledge of project approaches such as Waterfall combined with Agile planning, including requirement design and user acceptance testing processes.
• Leadership that supports collaboration across engineering while maintaining focus on strategic objectives.
