Product Owner

Product Owner role in a hybrid work arrangement in New Albany, IN, focused on ERP backlog prioritization and collaboration with procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams to drive modernization with Product Manager and engineering leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the internal ERP backlog.
• Collect and interpret requirements from procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality stakeholders.
• Partner with technical leads to deliver incremental improvements.
• Support modernization of legacy ERP components and data architecture.
• Work closely with the Product Manager and engineering leadership to execute roadmap priorities.
• Document user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements clearly.
• Serve as the main liaison between business users and the development team.
• Help continuously improve workflows related to materials and supply chain processes.

Requirements

• 3 to 7+ years of experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst roles within technical environments.
• Proven experience delivering projects using Agile/Scrum practices.
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise systems, with ERP experience strongly preferred.
• Experience maintaining product backlogs, enhancement pipelines, and handling support tickets.
• Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and technical specifications.
• Experience with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, or inventory systems.

• Direct hire opportunity with a salary up to USD 130,000 per year, based on experience.
