Product Owner

Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC is seeking a Product Owner (onsite) to shape product vision, lead delivery planning, and drive outcomes from concept through launch.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize user stories within the team backlog
• Decompose features into implementable stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Participate in backlog refinement sessions at least bi-weekly
• Collaborate with the Government/SETA Product Manager to define features
• Accept or reject completed work based on Definition of Done
• Participate in all SAFe ceremonies (PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Reviews, etc.)
• Translate Operational Needs from FARWG into Epics and Features
• Maintain a product roadmap aligned with program objectives
• Ensure stories deliver value and meet stakeholder expectations
• Support dependency management across teams

Requirements

• Minimum 14 years of experience
• 5+ years as Product Owner or a similar role
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent substitution)
• Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or willingness to obtain within 90 days
• Deep understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile management tools
• Strong understanding of offensive cyber operations mission requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Technical background sufficient to understand system architecture and constraints
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Must be a U.S. citizen

Compensation & Location

• Salary: $122,000 - $253,000 per year (commensurate with qualifications, years of relevant experience, and expertise)
• Location: Fort George G Meade, MD (onsite)
• Also listed: National Capital Region (NCR) or San Antonio, TX
