Product Owner

In Phoenix, AZ, the Product Owner role brings product management experience into banking financial services applications, with a focus on delivery execution through sprint ceremonies and backlog management.

This position is based onsite in Phoenix, AZ and offers $100,000 - $110,000 per year. LTM notes that actual compensation within the range depends on skills, experience, performance, and internal equity, and that benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment.

Role Focus

As a Product Owner, you will manage product delivery by shaping the backlog, writing user stories, and driving sprint ceremonies. The role also includes work aligned to banking financial services application environments and the functional disciplines listed for the position.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner (PO)
• Experience in Product Management
• Strong SQL knowledge
• Experience in banking financial services (BFS) applications (mandatory)
• Experience managing the backlog, writing user stories, and driving sprint ceremonies
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Tech Ops and Compliance
• Experience in Account Management & Mining
• Experience in Benefits Management
• Experience in Project Governance
• Experience in Project Planning
• Experience in Risk/Crisis Management
