Google's Raxium team is advancing display technology through advanced semiconductor materials to power the next generation of devices. This onsite role in Fremont, CA sits at the intersection of product operations and manufacturing, focusing on post-wafer processing, engineering changes, MES/PLM workflows, data analytics, and material coordination within a state-of-the-art fab. You will translate engineering intent into actionable workflows that keep assembly lines moving smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Product Operations and Change Execution: Provide production control and logistics with precise technical guidance on product operations and engineering changes, ensuring the execution workflows reflect the engineering intent for technicians to follow.
- Requirement Translation: Lead cross-functional coordination to translate technical requirements into actionable steps for OSPT and builds.
- Business Process Optimization: System operationalization through standardized MES workflows to improve overall process efficiency.
- Material Coordination and Strategic Alignment: Oversee the movement of materials, collaborate with Production Control and Logistics to ensure smooth flow through thinning, dicing, and assembly, and engage with vendors as needed.
- Data Analytics and Insights: Extract and synthesize MES and JMP data to maintain real-time dashboards for OSPT Cycle Time and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience with a focus on post-wafer processing, dicing, or sub-assembly builds.

Compensation
US salary range is $120,000 to $172,000 per year, plus a 15% target bonus, equity, and benefits.
