Job Description
This onsite role in Seattle offers the chance to shape AI-driven solutions for energy and utilities, combining domain expertise in power systems with strategic product leadership. You will work from customer discovery through launch, partnering with utility customers and integration partners to define AI product requirements and drive go-to-market planning. Salary range: USD 152,200 - 205,900 per year.

Responsibilities
- Own the product requirements and roadmap from early discovery to launch
- Collaborate with utility customers (transmission and distribution planning teams) to map their workflows into prioritized engineering specifications
- Work with engineering leads to evaluate trade-offs among scope, architecture, and delivery timelines
- Define integration requirements with independent software vendor partners
- Lead go-to-market efforts including pricing strategy, product positioning, customer onboarding, and sales enablement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of technical product management experience
- 3+ years of experience in electric utility, grid software, power systems, or adjacent energy technology in a product manager, engineer, or planner role
- 5+ years of experience taking products from concept through engineering design to launch
- 5+ years of experience writing product requirements documents and customer-facing technical documentation
- Experience delivering enterprise SaaS products with direct customer engagement
- Experience with industry-standard power systems planning and simulation software
