What you’ll work on
You’ll support the Global Planning AI & Data Product Owner workstream by helping create, test, and improve AI agents and AI-enabled tools for Global Planning use cases. The program focuses on turning business needs into clear requirements and ensuring solutions are useful, reliable, and aligned with Global Planning priorities.
Responsibilities
- Help create, test, and improve AI agents and AI-enabled tools for Global Planning use cases.
- Support agents used for planning analysis, executive summaries, governance reviews, competitive intelligence, roadmap development, project intake, prioritization, and business value tracking.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements.
- Organize knowledge sources.
- Document agent logic.
- Support testing activities.
- Gather user feedback to improve agent performance and usefulness.
- Help ensure solutions remain aligned with Global Planning priorities while delivering reliable outcomes.

Onsite format and schedule
- In-person model
- Onsite at Stellantis Headquarters & Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan
- Expected to work 24 hours per week during normal business hours, Monday through Friday
- Selected candidates will coordinate a consistent weekly schedule with their manager to balance the 24-hour requirement with class schedule
- During summer months, students may potentially work 40 hours per week at management discretion
- Cohorts start quarterly in January, April, June, and September
- Students are intended to stay in the program until graduation
