Senior Reporting and Analytics Product Owner
Job Description
Fujifilm is seeking a Senior Reporting and Analytics Product Owner to lead end-to-end HR reporting and analytics capabilities across Workday and related platforms. This role focuses on governance, scalable data products, and decision-ready dashboards that serve HR, Finance, and business leadership.
Role Overview
Own the Workday HR reporting and analytics product capability, including governance, reporting standards, data models, integrations, and dashboards across Workday, Tableau, and connected systems. Build trusted workforce insights while enabling stakeholders with scalable, well-governed data products.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and govern HR reporting standards and KPI frameworks across People & Culture, ensuring consistent metrics, calculations, and data lineage across Workday and Tableau.
- Establish and steward reporting and data governance, including role-based security and access controls aligned with global privacy requirements such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Build, optimize, and maintain advanced Workday reports and dashboards, including Matrix, Composite, and BIRT, as well as calculated fields, schedules, prompts, and secure distribution.
- Create and maintain a scalable self-service reporting ecosystem, including a data dictionary, documentation, and development guidelines co-owned with process partners.
- Design and deliver Tableau dashboards and analytics solutions for executives and business stakeholders, including HR dataset modeling (including Tableau Prep) and best practices for usability and data storytelling.
- Translate business questions into actionable analytics and insights across trends, forecasts, segmentation, and workforce dynamics, tracking usage and adoption.
- Run the intake and prioritization process for reporting requests, establish SLAs, communicate timelines, and manage a backlog of enhancements aligned with quarterly planning.
- Enable stakeholders through training and data literacy initiatives to support responsible self-service by HR analysts and business users.
- Coordinate and execute the Employee Satisfaction survey program in partnership with P&C leaders.
- Partner with HRIS and IT to manage Workday integrations and pipelines to downstream systems; coordinate defect remediation, release testing, and incident response using documented runbooks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Human Resources, IT, Process Optimization, or a related field.
- Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree for highly qualified candidates.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in HR reporting and analytics, including data governance and stakeholder engagement.
- 3+ years hands-on Workday reporting experience, including Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Security Domains; BIRT and Prism are preferred.
- 2+ years building Tableau and Workday dashboards and data models, including Tableau Desktop; Tableau Prep is preferred.
- 2+ years with HR data integrations, including Workday EIB/Studio/Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs; ETL tools such as Informatica or Boomi are a plus.
- Experience with privacy and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), data security, and controls.
- LEAN SIX Sigma.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred certifications: Workday Pro Reporting; Tableau Desktop Specialist / Certified.
- Thorough understanding of HR data models and downstream system impacts.
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions with a global mindset.
- Ability to partner across multiple business areas, including IT, HR, and country organizations.
- Solid insights into HR data platforms and tools, with mastery of Workday reporting and security concepts, including confidence in advanced report types and performance optimization.
- Strong Tableau skills with a focus on clean design, clear narratives, and practical insights.
- Data governance mindset, including metadata, quality checks, audit readiness, and privacy-by-design.
- Business fluency across the HR lifecycle (Recruiting, Core HCM, Compensation/Benefits, Learning, Talent) and workforce planning.
- Clear, audience-appropriate communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience training and enabling non-technical users.
- Curiosity, ownership, and a continuous-improvement approach to processes and technology.

Location and Global Coverage
- Primary location: Holly Springs, NC (hybrid).
- This is a global position supporting all Fujifilm Biotechnologies sites.
