Senior Technical Product Manager, Platform & Partnerships
Job Description
Qeexo, Co. is building AI Agents for real enterprise workflows, and this role sits at the intersection of product delivery and platform partnerships. As a Senior Technical Product Manager, Platform & Partnerships, you will split your time between enabling critical technology integrations for deploying AI Agents and strengthening the core product team through close collaboration with the Pittsburgh engineering team.
This position is based onsite in San Clemente, CA, with a salary of USD 145,000 per year and a requirement of 7+ years of relevant experience.
What you will do
- Partner with the Partnerships team to identify, evaluate, and prioritize technology partners, including CMMS/EAM, ERP, MES, and industrial data platforms needed for deploying AI Agents.
- Own the technical scope for each partnership by defining integration use cases, data flows, APIs, and success criteria with partner product and engineering teams.
- Define how Agents interact with partner systems, including creating and updating work orders, synchronizing asset hierarchies, and using maintenance and production history.
- Write integration requirements and specifications, then work with engineering to deliver connectors, APIs, and integration frameworks on the EdgeRX platform.
- Lead technical evaluations, joint solution design, and pilot deployments with partners and customers.
- Create partner-facing technical documentation and integration guides, and enable Sales and Field teams to position and deploy partner integrations.
- Track partnership outcomes, including integrations delivered, deployments enabled, and partner-influenced pipeline.
- Extend the core product team by working closely with the Pittsburgh engineering team to translate roadmap items into requirements, user stories, and priorities.
- Drive release planning and coordination, including scope, readiness, release notes, and communication to customers and field teams.
- Triage field issues from a growing base of deployments, partner with support and engineering to prioritize fixes, and feed learnings back into the roadmap.
- Monitor execution progress and remove blockers to maintain delivery against an aggressive roadmap.
- Engage with customers to understand real-world workflows, validate pain points, and gather detailed product requirements.
- Define and track KPIs using data, field feedback, and user insights to guide continuous improvement.
- Serve as a connection across product, engineering, partnerships, sales, and field teams across locations and time zones, including external partners.
- Communicate product and partnership plans, progress, and outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay current on AI agents, agent integration standards, and industrial interoperability standards (for example, OPC UA, MQTT, ISA-95) and apply them to platform and partner strategy.
- Produce clear product and integration documentation and contribute to shared knowledge across teams.
What you bring
- 7+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, or solutions/integration roles, preferably in B2B SaaS, industrial, or AI/ML-powered products.
- Hands-on experience defining and delivering enterprise integrations, including REST APIs, webhooks, data mapping, authentication, and integration platforms.
- Experience with CMMS/EAM (examples: IBM Maximo, SAP PM, Fiix, UpKeep), ERP, or MES systems in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Proven ability to build technology partnerships and platform ecosystem integrations with external companies.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, applied machine learning, and agent-based systems.
- Experience managing releases and field issues for deployed B2B or industrial products.
- Technical fluency to work closely with engineers and partner technical teams; an engineering or computer science degree is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance partnership work and core product work.
- Excellent communication skills across technical, business, and partner stakeholders.
- Based in Southern California (preferred), with ability to work across time zones, including regular overlap with the Pittsburgh team (Eastern Time).
- Comfortable with 20–30% travel, including trips to Pittsburgh, partner sites, and customer locations.
