ANB Bank is hiring a Product Manager to own and support Sageworks, LaserPro, and other Credit and Loan Administration applications. In this onsite role in Denver, CO, you will turn technology investments into practical improvements across business processes and the customer experience, working through the full product lifecycle from strategy and road mapping to requirements, delivery, and launch.
What you’ll do
- Manage a portfolio of products that act as key interfaces between IT and business units.
- Partner with stakeholders to design strategies that maximize business value, and translate complex technical concepts into documentation for developers.
- Own technical documentation for APIs to ensure correct usage and smooth integration.
- Monitor production performance and collect user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Advise on current and future product scope and direction by reviewing specifications, evaluating new ideas, and identifying enterprise growth opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities including research, market analysis, competitive assessment, planning, positioning, roadmap creation, requirements gathering, and product launches.
- Gather and analyze data for existing and prospective products and services to support decision-making.
- Develop and manage production timelines across multiple departments, ensuring cross-functional coordination.
- Engage effectively with employees, vendors, and contractors to support adherence to policies, quality standards, and effective resolution of issues.
- Evaluate product offerings to find opportunities for differentiation, define actionable steps based on product requirements, and recommend go-to-market approaches for new ideas.
- Drive root-cause analysis on corrective actions and support process improvement initiatives.
- Support organizational priorities aligned to the Mission, Vision, and Values, while maintaining confidentiality and required service quality.
- Stay current and compliant with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements and applicable banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Leadership and customer-focused product development
- Provide leadership and strategic support for projects across a range of scales.
- May supervise Product Manager III and/or other assigned staff, including oversight of products and product development activities, and support through coaching and mentorship.
- Lead voice-of-customer research to support strategic planning initiatives using industry knowledge and trend data.
- Champion the Product Development Process kickoff with validated requirements, performance specifications, and financial justification.
- Manage customer feedback using an agile approach to balance decision-making, execution, costs, and success factors.
Role level and experience
- Product Manager III: Knowledge of Abrigo Sageworks or other lending platforms, or 4 - 6 years of loan/lending process experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Product Manager IV: 6 - 8 years of progressive product management experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Product Manager V: 8+ years of progressive product management experience, managing complex projects preferably within a financial services, payments, or fintech company, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Schedule and pay
Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. This position is onsite in Denver, CO.
Salary range: USD 80,250 - 143,890 per year (annualized). Pay range varies by level and commensurate with relevant experience and education. The position may be eligible for an additional $2,080 per year if approved for the Spanish Communication Assistant Program.
Estimated experience requirement: Minimum 4 years.
