Sr. Product Manager - Technical

Responsibilities

• Define the health and wellness customer experience and product strategy for Alexa by starting from the customer need
• Specify features, craft user stories, and partner with engineering to drive the roadmap for voice-enabled health experiences
• Deliver innovative, user-friendly solutions with broad impact on health and wellness outcomes
• Provide clear written and verbal updates on product performance to leadership and stakeholders
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, healthcare partners, and other teams to shape requirements
• Own and guide a product or major features with significant influence on health outcomes and engagement
• Influence strategic direction and prioritization across business and technology teams
• Define the problems to solve, the desired customer experience, the vision, tenets, and the product strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, science, legal, compliance, and healthcare partners
• Lead product discussions with executives and contribute to OP1/OP2 planning

Requirements

• At least seven years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology leadership
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience delivering features and evaluating tradeoffs within a product
• Experience owning or driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience delivering products end to end
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience representing diverse customers and stakeholders during executive prioritization and planning
• Experience in healthcare, digital health, or wellness technology

A Day in the Life

• Articulate the vision and business plan for a new Alexa health initiative, securing buy-in from customers, partners, and executives
• Work with design and engineering to define product requirements and user experiences
• Coordinate with marketing, PR, and business development to plan launches and drive adoption
• Develop roadmaps with business development, solutions architecture, and finance to align with P&L goals
