  • Coordinate cross-functional execution with Engineering, Operations, and Business to support on-time, high-quality experiment launches.
  • Synthesize experiment results into narratives and recommendations for product and business leaders, including executive-level readouts.
  • Help operationalize experimentation practices, documentation, and tooling to improve velocity and clarity across the organization.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve lever efficiency, user experience, and monetization outcomes through experimentation.
  • Influence prioritization and decision-making across “fleets” by framing clear, data-backed recommendations.

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics teams.
  • Hands-on experience across the experiment lifecycle, including sequencing strategy, treatment and control definitions, communicating results, production rollout, and holdout group strategy.
  • Experience using AI tools to conduct and validate quantitative analysis.
  • Comfort setting north star KPIs, assessing the authenticity of analyses, and stress-testing data narratives to determine effective next steps.
  • Execution-focused mindset with strong follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex results to non-technical audiences.
