Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable tools, automations, and integrations that support research operations, insights management, co-creation programs, and product development processes.
  • Prioritize work, sequence initiatives, manage backlogs, define MVPs, and make tradeoffs across multiple concurrent efforts.
  • Facilitate alignment across business units, engineering, analytics, operations, and enterprise platforms.

  • Lead product delivery from discovery through release using iterative, Agile, data-informed development practices.
  • Influence stakeholders across organizations and drive alignment in complex or ambiguous environments.
  • Help shape long-term platform and operational strategy for the broader Member’s Mark organization.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled research, insights, and workflow automation, to enhance product experiences and operational effectiveness.
  • Champion thoughtful product craftsmanship by delivering intuitive, scalable experiences that reduce friction for internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field plus at least 7 years of product management experience.
  • Alternatively, 9 years of product management or related experience.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Strong systems thinking and process optimization capabilities.
  • Experience using data, customer insights, and research to guide prioritization and continuous improvement.
