Job Description

Pennymac is hiring a Product Owner (Conversational AI) in Carrollton, TX (onsite) to help shape how conversational AI experiences are designed, deployed, and improved across the company. This role leads prompt development and a company-wide prompt and persona strategy, while building the multi-agent orchestration that powers voice AI initiatives across CDL/Sales, Servicing, and Fulfillment.

What you’ll do

Own the product vision for conversational AI agents, including the company-wide persona, brand voice, and overarching prompt strategy.
Architect multi-agent orchestration by defining how primary routing agents interpret user intent and hand off work to specialized sub-agents for domain needs such as Sales, Servicing, and Fulfillment. Define logic boundaries, tool access, and context parameters per sub-agent.
Develop and optimize prompts continuously by building, testing, and tuning complex system prompts, system instructions, and few-shot examples. Optimize prompts across the AWS tech stack to balance conversational quality, token efficiency, and response latency.
Set up measurable performance tracking with granular evaluation frameworks. Monitor metrics such as hallucination rates, contextual accuracy, task completion and containment, and user drop-off to drive ongoing prompt optimization cycles.
Coordinate across CDL/Sales, Servicing, and Fulfillment as a central partner to negotiate and refine business requirements, enabling parallel development without technical bottlenecks.
Define the Golden Dataset of test scenarios that feed engineering automated LLM-as-a-judge evaluation pipelines. Lead structured A/B testing and data analysis to improve agent responses against baseline configurations.
Drive strategy and ROI by aligning agent performance to key business KPIs, including CSAT and AHT.
Partner with engineering to integrate prompt designs with core infrastructure, latency management pipelines, and real-time safety guardrails.

What you bring

5 to 7 years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience, ideally in mortgage, fintech, or complex customer servicing environments.
Demonstrated experience building AI/ML products, with a focus on conversational AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and deep prompt engineering strategies in an enterprise AWS environment.
Proven ability to design multi-agent or complex state-machine conversational architectures.
Strong analytical experience, including building effectiveness dashboards, running A/B tests, and using AI-specific metrics such as hallucination tracking and prompt latency.
Ability to translate complex business logic into precise technical configurations and natural language flows.
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Job Description

Located in Carrollton, TX, Rebel Athletic seeks a Product Operations Coordinator to manage end-to-end remake and rework orders and coordinate cross-functional work among Sales, Accounting, Design, and Fulfillment. This full-time hybrid role emphasizes accurate processing, proactive communication, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming remake and rework order requests
Evaluate each case to identify root causes and determine the appropriate resolution path
Maintain and update the Remake Report with complete and accurate case information at all times
Communicate proactively with Sales and all relevant departments throughout the lifecycle of each request
Request, coordinate, and ship all materials required for remake and rework orders
Receive, inspect, and process all returned product requiring remake or rework, including reviewing tech packs, assessing garment construction and design, and measuring samples to ensure quality
Arrange rework as needed and report outcomes back to the team and sales representative
Run and distribute reports each morning to synchronize order updates across teams
Review sending lists and close completed Opportunities and Sales Orders, keeping records current
Upload and share new order-related files with relevant teams at the end of each day
Update order statuses on a weekly basis once fulfillment is confirmed
Collaborate with all departments to resolve issues impacting the remake process and improve communication and visibility
Source and fulfill rep-specific samples when the Design team or other internal contacts cannot obtain them
Generate and distribute regular reports to keep teams aligned on order status and case progress
Conduct monthly reviews with Accounting to address outstanding case codes and follow up with reps to arrange unit returns for inspection as needed
Participate in periodic reviews of order and remake codes with department leads

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in supply chain, order management, or a related operations role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis
Experience using Salesforce for CRM and order tracking, including Opportunities and Sales Orders
Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms for inventory and order management
Comfort with AI tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and support data analysis
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open cases simultaneously
Clear and professional written and verbal communication with internal teams and external sales reps
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to follow-up and closing loops
Ability to identify root causes and make sound judgments on case resolution
General knowledge of apparel construction, manufacturing, and design is preferred
