Job Description

Located in Carrollton, TX, Rebel Athletic seeks a Product Operations Coordinator to manage end-to-end remake and rework orders and coordinate cross-functional work among Sales, Accounting, Design, and Fulfillment. This full-time hybrid role emphasizes accurate processing, proactive communication, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming remake and rework order requests
  • Evaluate each case to identify root causes and determine the appropriate resolution path
  • Maintain and update the Remake Report with complete and accurate case information at all times
  • Communicate proactively with Sales and all relevant departments throughout the lifecycle of each request
  • Request, coordinate, and ship all materials required for remake and rework orders
  • Receive, inspect, and process all returned product requiring remake or rework, including reviewing tech packs, assessing garment construction and design, and measuring samples to ensure quality
  • Arrange rework as needed and report outcomes back to the team and sales representative
  • Run and distribute reports each morning to synchronize order updates across teams
  • Review sending lists and close completed Opportunities and Sales Orders, keeping records current
  • Upload and share new order-related files with relevant teams at the end of each day
  • Update order statuses on a weekly basis once fulfillment is confirmed
  • Collaborate with all departments to resolve issues impacting the remake process and improve communication and visibility
  • Source and fulfill rep-specific samples when the Design team or other internal contacts cannot obtain them
  • Generate and distribute regular reports to keep teams aligned on order status and case progress
  • Conduct monthly reviews with Accounting to address outstanding case codes and follow up with reps to arrange unit returns for inspection as needed
  • Participate in periodic reviews of order and remake codes with department leads

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, order management, or a related operations role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis
  • Experience using Salesforce for CRM and order tracking, including Opportunities and Sales Orders
  • Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms for inventory and order management
  • Comfort with AI tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and support data analysis
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open cases simultaneously
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication with internal teams and external sales reps
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to follow-up and closing loops
  • Ability to identify root causes and make sound judgments on case resolution
  • General knowledge of apparel construction, manufacturing, and design is preferred

Working Conditions

  • Frequent use of spreadsheets, accounting systems, and multiple monitors
  • Requires strong attention to detail and sustained focus
  • Regular interaction with Finance and cross-functional teams
