Apply Now

Job Description

Alianza, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to own product strategy and delivery for its configuration and change orchestration toolset, along with the Experience Provider API surface that partners build against. This onsite role is based in Pleasant Grove, UT, working closely with engineering, legal, and commercial teams to define platform capabilities for partner integrations and developer-facing APIs.

What you’ll be responsible for

Own the go-forward product strategy for Alianza’s configuration and change orchestration toolset, including how capabilities are packaged and delivered within the platform.
Turn an existing capability set into a prioritized roadmap driven by real customer use cases, clearly separating vendor-stated capability from Alianza-validated value at each step.
Resolve overlap and sequencing questions with adjacent internal tooling, with focus on areas such as professional services migrations and configuration extraction.
Define how the toolset supports the broader platform story, including its role as an OSS/BSS change-velocity layer and any tactical bridging value while longer-term platform capabilities mature.
Partner with commercial and Advantage program stakeholders on packaging and pricing.
Own the Experience Provider API surface: integration contracts partners build against, partner onboarding and lifecycle APIs, and new partner-facing APIs as the Experience Provider program expands.
As the partner platform matures, lead definition of the consent and authorization model for partner integrations, including how end-user and account-level consent is captured, stored, and enforced when a third party operates on network data.
Work with engineering to evaluate build, partner, and license options to accelerate delivery of the partner API surface, including leveraging existing or third-party capabilities.
Collaborate with engineering leadership on technical feasibility and sequencing across both the orchestration/tooling and API surface.
Coordinate with legal on consent, data privacy, and IP questions.
Contribute to and improve the frameworks used by the broader product team for partner enablement.
Represent this portfolio in external partner and developer conversations.

What you bring

7+ years of product management experience, including meaningful time owning API-first or platform products.
Experience taking an inherited or newly integrated product through a productization effort, including build-vs-buy-vs-integrate decisions.
Demonstrated experience defining and shipping partner or developer-facing APIs.
Comfort operating with ambiguity and building structure (roadmaps, frameworks, pipelines) where it does not yet exist.
Strong cross-functional collaboration, especially with engineering, legal, and commercial teams.

Preferred background

Background in UCaaS, CPaaS, or other large-scale distributed cloud communications platforms.
Experience with consent, privacy, or authorization and policy enforcement systems.
Experience integrating a product following a merger or acquisition.
Prior experience at a startup or scale-up building platform or partner-facing products.

Full time A/B Testing Customer Experience Data Analytics

This position is no longer accepting applications (closed Sep 25, 2026).

Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager for the Pura App, you will help shape an end-to-end customer experience that starts at onboarding and extends through ongoing device management and continuous engagement. You will define meaningful problems with measurable hypotheses, set clear success criteria, and turn customer and business insights into an evidence-grounded product strategy, working closely across teams to deliver outcomes.

What you’ll do

Set time-bound, measurable goals for the Pura app and translate business objectives and customer insight into an evidence-grounded strategy, including clear sequencing and transparent tradeoffs.
Own the experience that turns a new device owner into an activated, engaged customer, spanning device setup, pairing, and the first-run moments where customers most often drop off.
Make managing Pura devices effortless in close partnership with hardware and firmware teams, covering scheduling, fragrance control, multi-device households, and troubleshooting.
Drive retention and lifetime value through re-engagement loops and subscription experiences designed to bring customers back.
Define how success is measured before work begins, report results against kickoff goals, run disciplined experiments, and adjust the plan based on learnings.
Build alignment across design, engineering, data, and leadership by surfacing risks and tradeoffs early for confident executive decisions on cross-portfolio priorities.
Maintain a customer-obsessed culture across the team, encouraging curiosity and continuous learning.
Combine quantitative analysis with deep user insight to understand customer pain points and convert that understanding into strategy that balances customer value and business outcomes.
Own problem definition for your scope by starting every initiative with a well-scoped problem, a measurable hypothesis, and defined success criteria.
Bring evidence-based recommendations to stakeholders and leadership, actively seek input, and build alignment that enables fast, confident execution.
Partner closely with UX design, engineering, and the data team to keep teams aligned and remove roadblocks.
Split time between delivery and discovery, launching high-value work while ensuring the next set of initiatives is well-researched and ready.

What you bring

5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years improving direct-to-consumer mobile apps across onboarding, engagement, retention, and LTV metrics.
Experience shipping apps for connected or IoT hardware, including device pairing (Bluetooth/Wi-Fi), device state, firmware coordination, and setup or troubleshooting flows, or the ability to ramp quickly in a hardware plus app environment.
Proven ownership of subscription, membership, or other recurring-revenue products, with a track record of improving retention, reducing churn, and increasing customer lifetime value.
Strong analytics skills, including hands-on experimentation and A/B testing, funnel analysis, and fluency with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or PostHog.
Excellent executive communication and cross-functional influence, with the ability to turn data into a clear narrative, surface tradeoffs, and build alignment without relying on authority.
Deep understanding of native mobile ecosystems (iOS and Android), including onboarding UX, lifecycle or CRM engagement, and release, ratings, and performance considerations.

What success looks like
