System One is seeking a Junior Product Owner to help guide planning, prioritization, and delivery coordination for enterprise AI capabilities spanning Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, connectors, and governed business automation. This hybrid role based in Strongsville, Ohio, involves close collaboration with architecture, engineering, security, data, and operations teams to define use cases, support roadmap execution, and drive measurable business value.
Role Summary
As a junior product owner, you will support product planning and prioritization for AI-enabled capabilities across Microsoft 365 and related business-application scenarios. You will partner with stakeholders across lines of business, platform, risk and compliance, and delivery teams to shape use cases, support roadmap execution, manage backlogs, and contribute to the adoption of AI capabilities that deliver tangible business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape the product strategy and backlog for AI worker capabilities across Microsoft 365 and related business-application scenarios.
- Translate business demand into clear requirements, epics, features, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to ensure delivery aligns with enterprise standards, governance, and security controls.
- Engage stakeholders across lines of business, platform, risk, compliance, and delivery teams.
- Manage backlog, dependencies, and support release planning and outcome tracking.
- Contribute to defining value realization metrics, adoption goals, and success measures for AI-enabled scenarios.
- Support connector onboarding, enterprise knowledge grounding, agent lifecycle planning, and use-case intake.
- Assist in coordinating pilots, rollout activities, and adoption efforts across business and platform teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Proven ability to translate business problems into clear requirements and user stories.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar enterprise tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Experience delivering in Agile environments with backlog management and requirements documentation.
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience supporting project or program coordination, including tracking timelines and risks.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, or Planner.
- Exposure to delivery reporting, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Experience working in regulated environments, especially financial services.
- Basic exposure to AI governance, prompt/agent lifecycle, or data access enablement.
