Job Description

DataAxxis is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Business Analyst / Product Owner to lead enterprise CRM transformation initiatives within a highly customized Dynamics 365 Customer Service environment. This hybrid role in Downtown Manhattan, NY, partners with Investment Management Operations to translate complex business needs into actionable CRM solutions and measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders, especially Investment Management Operations, to understand requirements, pain points, and opportunities for process improvement.
Serve as the bridge between business users, Product Owners, developers, architects, and project teams.
Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for Dynamics 365 CRM enhancements and transformation programs.
Produce Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and related functional documentation.
Create process diagrams and workflow documentation using Microsoft Visio.
Assess current state processes and design future state workflows and CRM solutions.
Support Dynamics 365 Customer Service improvements including Case Management, workflow enhancements, and operational efficiencies.
Engage in solution design discussions with technical teams to ensure business needs translate into system capabilities.
Lead requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, demos, and working sessions.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, release validation, and production readiness.
Assist with user adoption, training, and change management activities.
Prioritize enhancements and manage business requirements in collaboration with Product Owners and technology teams.

Requirements

8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Functional Consultant, or CRM Business Consultant.
Strong experience supporting enterprise Dynamics 365 CRM initiatives in large organizations.
Experience with highly customized Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
Solid understanding of CRM business processes, workflows, and user experiences.
Proficiency with BRDs, FSDs, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements documentation.
Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution definition.
Experience partnering with technical development teams across the software development lifecycle.
Experience supporting Agile delivery as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release management, and production support.
Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
