Job Description

The A&I Enterprise Product Operations Analyst III role is a senior analytics position based in Dallas with a hybrid work arrangement. It combines designing, developing, and supporting enterprise analytics solutions across the Analytics & Intelligence portfolio, blending analytics development with product operations, process improvement, and change management.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and assess business and technical requirements, documenting them and translating them into scalable analytics solutions, workflows, and technical specifications.
  • Architect, build, test, validate, and maintain complex reports, dashboards, scorecards, and data visualizations using enterprise analytics tools.
  • Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to deliver insights that enhance clinical and operational performance.
  • Apply rigorous analysis and technical expertise to solve complex business problems and identify opportunities for automation, operational improvement, and process optimization.
  • Develop operational metrics, portfolio performance indicators, monitoring capabilities, and reporting that support informed decision-making.
  • Maintain product lifecycle documentation, including onboarding, maintenance, ownership changes, and retirement activities, partnering with Product Managers to keep product information accurate and current.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and propose improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, and user adoption.
  • Support organizational change initiatives by creating communication plans, training materials, operational documentation, and adoption strategies for new processes and technologies.
  • Conduct testing, quality assurance, validation, and operational readiness activities to ensure reliable analytics products and reporting solutions.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for executives, operational leaders, and clinical stakeholders.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and automation opportunities that enhance analytics delivery and operational effectiveness.
  • Foster collaborative relationships across Analytics & Intelligence, Digital Technology Services, Security, Compliance, and business units while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Healthcare Administration, Informatics, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field, or four years of additional relevant work experience in lieu of the degree. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Five years of progressively responsible experience in analytics, product operations, business systems analysis, healthcare informatics, consulting, information systems, or related disciplines. Experience supporting enterprise analytics initiatives, operational transformation, AI-enabled process improvement, or technology implementation is preferred.

Key Success Factors

  • Analytics & Technical Expertise
    Advanced analytical, troubleshooting, and critical-thinking skills; strong SQL proficiency; experience with enterprise BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, SSRS, or similar tools; proven ability to design dashboards, reports, KPIs, and executive reporting solutions.
  • Technical Problem Solving
    Demonstrated ability to think critically, analyze complex business and technical challenges, identify root causes, and craft practical, scalable solutions; balance business needs with technology capabilities to drive data-driven recommendations.
  • Data Engineering
    Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing, data modeling, and enterprise reporting environments; experience handling complex datasets with a focus on data quality and consistency.
  • Product Operations & Change Management
    Experience supporting product operations, process improvement, and organizational change management; ability to evaluate workflows, implement improvements, and promote adoption of new technologies and practices; experience developing communication, training, and adoption plans.
  • Agile Delivery
    Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean methodologies; familiarity with Azure DevOps and project planning frameworks; experience collaborating with cross-functional teams during delivery and implementation.
  • AI & Emerging Technologies
    Understanding of AI, ML, Generative AI, intelligent automation, and related technologies; ability to identify opportunities to boost efficiency and performance through advanced analytics.
  • Communication & Collaboration
    Strong consulting, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms and influence decisions across audiences; capable of working independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Preferred Technologies
    Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps); Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Lists, Forms, Planner, Copilot); Azure DevOps; ServiceNow; SQL-based reporting environments; Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Healthcare Analytics
    Knowledge of healthcare informatics, healthcare analytics, and technology-enabled operational transformation is preferred.
