Build clinical intelligence that drives measurable outcomes. Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead end-to-end product lifecycles for Clinical Intelligence, turning complex clinical and quality challenges into prioritized, scalable capabilities. This hybrid role offers flexibility with a focus on impact, supported by strong benefits and a market-leading approach to retirement and wellness.
What you’ll do
- Identify the highest-value clinical and quality problems to solve by aligning with business goals, understanding user workflows, decision points, and pain points.
- Convert ambiguous needs into clear problem statements, use cases, business requirements, desired outcomes, and measurable success criteria.
- Own Clinical Intelligence product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization, balancing strategic value, urgency, reach, feasibility, dependencies, and effort.
- Develop value propositions and business cases that connect product investments to clinical, quality, operational, financial, member, provider, and regulatory outcomes.
- Partner with DTS Product Managers as the business-side product lead: define the problem, users, priorities, requirements, adoption needs, and value, while DTS defines and delivers the enabling technical and data solution.
- Guide cross-functional work from discovery through delivery and adoption, keeping stakeholders aligned on decisions, tradeoffs, risks, dependencies, and progress without managing day-to-day technical execution.
- Measure product utilization, adoption, and outcomes, then use evidence to recommend optimization, additional investment, consolidation, modernization, or retirement.
- Advance responsible uses of analytics, automation, predictive capabilities, and AI when they can materially improve decisions, workflows, and outcomes.
What you’ll bring
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Data/Analytics, Technology, or a relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, healthcare analytics, healthcare technology, data and analytics strategy, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience supporting clinical, quality, Stars, Population Health, Provider Performance, or related health plan functions is strongly preferred.
- Significant experience in product management and data and analytics strategy, or a related field.
- Proven ability to translate complex business problems into data, analytics, or technology-enabled capabilities.
- Strong product discovery, strategy, prioritization, and roadmap-development skills.
- Experience developing business cases and evaluating investments based on measurable value.
- Strong understanding of data and analytics concepts; familiarity with AI and advanced analytics preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across business, analytics, and technology organizations without direct authority.
- Strong executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, identify underlying problems, and drive complex cross-functional initiatives toward resolution.
- Healthcare experience strongly preferred; experience with health plan clinical or quality functions is beneficial.
- Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making in professional settings highly desired.
Benefits and support
- Medical, dental and vision coverage for employees and eligible family members, including mental health benefits.
- Annual employer contribution to a health savings account.
- Generous paid time off varying by role and tenure, plus 10 company-paid holidays.
- Market-leading retirement plan with a company match on employee 401(k) contributions, with a potential discretionary contribution based on company performance (no vesting period).
- Up to 12 weeks of paid parental time off (eligibility requires 12 months of continuous service with Cambia immediately preceding leave).
- Award-winning wellness programs that reward participation.
- Employee Assistance Fund for those in need.
