Job Description

The Senior Product Operations Analyst will help shape how clinical performance is measured through reporting design, automated data pipelines, and rigorous validation of clinical metrics. The role partners closely with Clinical Product Managers and operational leaders to translate workflow understanding into reliable analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own reporting design, data pipelines, and validation for core clinical metrics, including Permanent CVC Order Utilization, Care Activity On-Time Reporting, Pure Flow Flagging, and Vital Check Compliance.
  • Collaborate directly with Clinical Product Managers and operational leaders on metric definitions, baselines, and analysis of clinical workflows.
  • Build and optimize advanced SQL pipelines and BigQuery data models to enable scalable self-serve analytics.
  • Automate Key Result (KR) reporting to reduce or eliminate manual compilation.
  • Perform peer reviews, quality checks, and root-cause analysis for clinical data anomalies.

Required Experience and Skills

  • 4–7 years of progressive experience in clinical data analytics, healthcare business intelligence, or product analytics.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency, plus extensive hands-on experience with cloud data platforms including Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, EHR data structures, and clinical quality metrics.
  • Python/ETL scripting skills are a strong plus.

Additional Employee Requirements

  • Participate in internal and external meetings via video call, as needed.
  • Be able to work onsite at corporate or client offices, as needed.

  • Be able to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead, as needed.
  • Maintain hand-eye coordination to operate computers and office equipment.
  • Meet vision requirements including close vision, ability to tolerate fluorescent lighting, and ability to adjust focus.

  • For roles requiring business travel and/or event attendance: a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, as driving is an essential job function.
