Job Description

Responsibilities

Scale GenAI driven creative product operations by promoting global adoption of GenAI tools, tracking regional usage, and delivering localized optimization strategies.
Analyze AIGC content performance data to guide product development and iterations of features.
Assist in implementing tiered creator operation strategies to enable a scalable creator marketing ecosystem.
Analyze top brand collaboration cases to distill scalable creator marketing models.
Contribute to the design of creative product strategies for global marketing campaigns and seasonal moments.
Track adoption of non-standard products such as short drama series and brand bidding ads, and build regional flagship case libraries.
Develop automated dashboards and apply attribution analysis to identify growth bottlenecks and drive resolution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Strong analytical and logical thinking; proficient in SQL or Python or BI tools such as Tableau; able to independently conduct funnel analysis.
Structured communicator with experience writing market requirement documents (MRDs) and translating customer needs into clear product solutions.
