The Product Operations Manager for TikTok LIVE will drive end-to-end product and growth strategies for creator segments, with a focus on increasing adoption and impact of LIVE features. The role operates in close partnership with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to translate creator insights and behavioral learnings into measurable outcomes.
Role Overview
In Los Angeles, this position supports the TikTok LIVE ecosystem by defining success metrics, running post-mortems and ROI analysis, and executing global initiatives. The work centers on creator growth, engagement, and monetization, while enabling creators to understand and effectively use LIVE features.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end product and growth strategies for targeted creator segments using creator needs, behavioral insights, and business objectives.
- Assess how LIVE features can support creator growth, engagement, and monetization across segments and use cases.
- Perform post-mortem reviews and ROI analyses to identify high-impact strategies and scalable opportunities.
- Define, monitor, and evaluate success metrics for product and creator initiatives, aligned with broader ecosystem goals.
- Partner with Product teams to convert creator feedback, behavioral insights, and operational findings into actionable product requirements and feature improvements.
- Design and deliver education and enablement programs to help creators adopt and use LIVE features effectively.
- Monitor the LIVE content ecosystem to surface emerging trends, user pain points, and competitive opportunities.
- Plan and execute creator-facing campaigns and initiatives that drive feature adoption, creator behavior change, and measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to ensure smooth execution of global initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree or above.
- 3+ years of experience in product operations, growth, project management, or a related function.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively with global and cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the entertainment, livestreaming, social media, gaming, music, or broader digital content industry.
- Experience working on creator ecosystem, user growth, monetization, or feature adoption initiatives.
- Familiarity with building or scaling creator education, enablement, or engagement programs.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to connect product initiatives with business outcomes.
- Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with interest in emerging content trends and creator communities.

Compensation & Location
- Location: Los Angeles, CA (onsite)
- Salary range: USD 115,520 - 258,400 per year
Compensation may vary depending on candidate qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is one component of the Total Package and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary based on the nature of employment and country work location.
