Entertainment Marketing Product Operations & Strategy Manager
Job Description
TikTok's Spotlight program seeks an Entertainment Marketing Product Operations & Strategy Manager to lead organic marketing and promotional product initiatives for global entertainment partners. Based in Los Angeles on-site, this role centers on film and television partnerships, guiding campaigns from planning to launch and elevating the partner experience on the platform, with a salary range of USD 88,920 to 209,380 per year.
Responsibilities
- Lead Spotlight's global organic marketing strategy and promotional product initiatives for entertainment partners, including developing new or local market approaches.
- Design and oversee IP/title marketing campaigns and creator activations, defining success metrics and managing initiatives from planning through execution.
- Define product and data requirements for promotional features and shepherd development through to launch.
- Apply data-driven analysis to optimize campaigns and product features on an ongoing basis.
- Collaborate with Partnerships to drive Spotlight adoption among entertainment partners.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Product, Partnerships, Data, and Legal to drive outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum 5 years of experience at a major company in the entertainment industry, digital marketing, or internet content platform/technology sectors.
- Experience in film and TV marketing, especially social marketing, and with digital tech products.
- Strong data analysis, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills; able to diagnose complex situations, identify key issues, and build cross-functional operational workstreams to achieve goals.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication, coordination, and initiative, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated empathy for publishers, creators, and users.
