Responsibilities
- Scale GenAI driven creative product operations by promoting global adoption of GenAI tools, tracking regional usage, and delivering localized optimization strategies.
- Analyze AIGC content performance data to guide product development and iterations of features.
- Assist in implementing tiered creator operation strategies to enable a scalable creator marketing ecosystem.
- Analyze top brand collaboration cases to distill scalable creator marketing models.
- Contribute to the design of creative product strategies for global marketing campaigns and seasonal moments.
- Track adoption of non-standard products such as short drama series and brand bidding ads, and build regional flagship case libraries.
- Develop automated dashboards and apply attribution analysis to identify growth bottlenecks and drive resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking; proficient in SQL or Python or BI tools such as Tableau; able to independently conduct funnel analysis.
- Structured communicator with experience writing market requirement documents (MRDs) and translating customer needs into clear product solutions.
