Agile Business Analyst/Product Owner (Contract) (Hybrid)

This contract Agile Business Analyst / Product Owner role at RelMap Consulting is a hybrid position based in Oak Brook, IL 60523. You will connect business stakeholders and IT teams, help shape product direction through backlog work, and bring the customer perspective into agile planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between IT and the Business to align priorities and execution
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for an assigned business segment
• Prioritize and refine the product backlog to support ongoing delivery
• Draft features, requirements, and user stories, including acceptance criteria to seed the backlog
• Represent the voice of the customer in agile discussions and planning
• Facilitate team discussions to support shared understanding and progress
• Contribute low-fi designs as part of early product exploration

Required Qualifications

• Minimum experience: 3 years (Product Owner experience)
• Additional experience range: 3 to 5 years of Product Owner Experience
• Education: Bachelor Degree required
• Agile background: Agile Certification(s)
• Domain knowledge: Knowledge of Leasing Systems is a plus

Compensation

The hourly rate for this contract role is USD 75 to 85.
