Agile Product Owner

TRILLIUM HEALTH RESOURCES supports a delivery-focused culture for enterprise technology teams, with work-from-home options for most positions and remote work supplies stipend to help you stay productive. This role is paid as Exempt with a salary range of $67,524 to $85,222 and typical working hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with flexible schedules for some positions subject to management approval.

Responsibilities

• Gather and define business requirements, then translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and organizational priorities.
• Conduct business analysis to support aligned product outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align product delivery with business needs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support delivery planning and execution.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in project-based work structures, application lifecycle models, or software development. Requires certification; OR
• Associate’s degree and 1 year of experience in project-based work structures, application lifecycle models, or software development. Requires certification; OR
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• An applicable information technology certification is required when qualifying through a high school diploma, GED, or Associate’s pathway. Acceptable certifications include MTA, MCSA (BI), PMI PMP, PMI-ACP, ITIL, IIBA CCBA or CBAP, ITIL v3, or an equivalent certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Must be able to travel within catchment as required.
• 4 years of project management, business analyst, or other information analytics experience.
• At least 1 year of experience writing and executing SQL statements, including the ability to navigate database structures and schemas.
