Job Description

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union offers a fully remote role with flexibility to work from its HQ or retail locations, along with benefits designed to support your wellbeing and long-term growth. As the Agile Product Owner, you will help steer the work of a cross-functional Scrum team toward the highest value capabilities for Grow products, while acting as the voice of the customer across stakeholders.

What you’ll do

The Agile Product Owner (APO) owns and manages the Product Backlog and works in close partnership with a collaborative, cross-functional Scrum team to support the credit union’s Vision. You will coordinate delivery to ensure that features and detailed designs align with stakeholder needs, while continuously focusing on the most valuable work for Grow products.

  • Own and manage the Product Backlog
  • Serve as the voice of the customer
  • Collaborate on a highly collaborative, cross-functional Scrum team
  • Drive development of highest value capabilities for all Grow products
  • Work closely with business product sponsors and business analysts, as well as developers, designers, and other stakeholders including business, legal/compliance, security, and operations
  • Ensure delivered features and designs meet the needs of all stakeholders

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or additional four years of experience in lieu of degree (required)
  • CSPO or PSPO certification (required)
  • Minimum 3 years experience working on Scrum and/or Kanban teams (required)
  • Minimum 1 year experience leading systems/processes/tools for complex integrated organizational projects (required)
  • Superior communication skills to partner across all levels of the organization (required)
  • Highly organized, methodical, and detail oriented for effective prioritization (required)
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality (required)
  • Computer knowledge utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (required)
