Job Description

Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3) is seeking an Air and Missile Defense (AMD) Engagement Operations (EO) IBCS Future Capabilities (IFC) Product Owner (PO) to support the Army Portfolio Acquisition Executive Fires (PAE Fires) Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office. Responsibilities

  • Own prioritization for the EO-IFC team software development backlog
  • Review and understand systems engineering concepts, designs, and algorithms, then provide guidance to the development team
  • Partner with program management to set priorities for capabilities and defects across each product increment and sprint
  • Deliver technical briefings and recommend course(s) of action to leadership, including competing capabilities, performance, risks, and impacts to the IFMC mission
  • Work with the development team to define acceptance criteria and functional tests to support QA/QC of software deliverables

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of Engagement Operations including engagement planning/scheduling, threat evaluation, target selection, battlespace prediction, and sensor resource management
  • Ability to provide oversight to an ENG software development team and verify outcomes against agreed acceptance criteria
  • Experience collaborating with Military and civilian stakeholders supporting Department of War programs
  • Fluency in the Microsoft Office toolset
  • US citizenship
  • Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) from an accredited college (ABET preferred)
  • Minimum 7 years combined Government/DoD experience performing the essential duties listed above

Additional qualifications

  • Knowledge of IBCS, PATRIOT, MEADS, THAAD, C2BMC, or AEGIS, and familiarity with current EO implementations in one or more DoD services
  • Prior Product Owner experience on a Scrum team

Security requirement

Candidate must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance or higher.
