Job Description
Senior Banking Product Owner and Senior Manager overseeing strategy, vision, and roadmap for the One Financial platform, coordinating business, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable banking capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Shape and execute the One Financial platform strategy, vision, and backlog roadmap to align with business goals, customer requirements, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
- Serve as the main liaison among business stakeholders, engineering teams, and cross-functional groups to maximize platform value and drive adoption across multiple products and units.
- Translate complex financial and operational needs into scalable platform capabilities, prioritizing reusability, integration, and sustainable innovation.
- Articulate a clear product vision and roadmap, balancing near-term delivery with long-term scalability and performance.
- Represent customer and stakeholder interests by gathering insights from experience, finance, technology, risk, compliance, and operations to guide product decisions.
- Own and refine the product backlog, crafting epics and user stories aligned to business value, risk, and technical dependencies.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and UX to deliver high quality platform capabilities using Agile and Scrum practices.
- Set and enforce platform standards for APIs, data models, and integration patterns to ensure consistency and interoperability.
- Lead platform governance, including versioning, lifecycle management, and backward compatibility across releases.
- Track adoption, usage metrics, and value realization, leveraging data-driven insights to prioritize work and drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate stakeholder alignment, manage trade-offs, and report progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
- Support financial analysis and business case work, including ROI, cost optimization, and platform investment decisions.

- Cleveland: $122,700 to $270,600
