- 5+ years experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Technical Program Manager managing data platforms, IAM, or privacy and governance products
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute end-to-end cloud migration strategies, or lead large-scale user and service account migrations with minimal business disruption
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, plus the ability to communicate complex technical and regulatory concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional, globally distributed teams
- Technical experience with microservice API architectures and integrations, including reading API documentation and contributing to system design discussions
- Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem, including BigQuery, Cloud IAM, Cloud DLP, or Google Cloud Storage
- Proven track record running agile ceremonies, leading Scrums and Scrum of Scrums, and managing delivery timelines across distributed teams
- Experience working in highly regulated environments, partnering closely with legal (OGC), compliance, or risk management teams
